The
Sadhana Retreat
lead
by Michael Hansen SJ, Ruth Morgan and Anna Tedesco;
run by YAIM (Young Adult Ignatian Ministry)
is based on the late Anthony de Mello’s book “Sadhana.”
“Sadhana” means “experience” and
is an ideal word to describe Ignatian spiritually.
Ignatian spirituality is where reflection on everyday
life experiences leads to prayer, freedom, discernment,
choices, growth and a fuller life.
The retreat, run over a weekend,
is a great opportunity to stop and reflect on life
and what our “experiences” mean and how they affect
us, finding Christ at the center of it all.
